How big is Aunt Barbara’s table? I’m not sure, so instead of guessing a tablecloth size, why not get her a beautiful, unique table runner (and go for the longer one – much better too long than too short). If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll have learned that runners make great gifts and our contrast hemstitched linens are sensational. This is a great color/fabric combination because the natural linen isn’t so fancy, but the embroidery is ultra-luxe, so you’ve nailed the high/low everyday/special occasion, old/young, trad/mod matrix and found something everyone can agree is probably the nicest table runner they’ve ever seen.

These are cool, chic, they bring a little bit of Miami or Milan or Mombasa to wherever you and your loved ones are. They go with everything (apart from green, they don’t go with green). What you get is a 100% linen pillow cover. Machine washable. Pillow inserts sold separately.
7. Cinta Ivory Border Linen Cocktail Napkin ($5 each)
Cocktail napkins are one of those things that you may not buy for yourself but you really love being given. What do you do with them? You hand them out with every drink at your next cocktail party to make guests feel like they’re a million bucks; or you put it under your water by your bed, so you can go to sleep knowing you are sophisticated enough to have linen cocktail napkins on your nightstand. 8. Lovebirds Linen Dinner Napkins (Sold individually at $18 each; there are 8 different designs)
Adorable. Linen. Napkins. Each napkin is printed in the corner with a hand-painted watercolor of a lovebird. Some are settled and snuggling. Some are content. Some are on the lookout. Beautiful artwork on lovely Italian linen. And they’re lovebirds. Love. Birds. Most people like that a lot. Linen gifts goals.
9. Melita Metallic Round Linen Tablecloth (68″ $140; 90″ $230; 108″ $300; 120″ $350)
If you design tablecloths for a living, its hard to pick one to offer up as a favorite gift of the year. I picked this one, because it’s very hard not to like it and very easy to love it. At it’s core it’s a neutral, textural pattern. A white tablecloth with a little bit going on. But it soars as a very beautiful piece of art in very beautiful colors that will intrigue and delight you for years to come. This is a great tablecloth made from 100% Italian linen – machine washable and soak in OxiClean to remove stains…again and again and again. The print is also available as a napkin, placemat, table runner and pillow cover.
10. Cinta Gold Linen Napkin ($18)
I picked the Gold color because it is the most popular and it is a terrific color combination. These natural linen napkins come with eight different border colors – black, greens, reds, fig.
The borders are printed from painted artwork, so they retain the painterly texture. They are elegant and sophisticated, and also cool and unique.
11. Moreton Ombre Cotton Percale Pillow Shams (Queen Pair $65; King Pair $75)
At their core, these are beautiful 500 thread count long staple cotton percale pillow shams. So far so fantastic. Add in the black ombre print and these are awesome pillow shams, the like of which has never been seen. A lot of people have white cotton sheets. And a lot of people’s beds would look a whole lot better with the addition of these. There’s also a duvet cover which is quite nice.
